Job Description: In this role, you will handle background investigation requests from clients in varying industries (healthcare, financial, education and government entities). You will research and request information from schools, companies, and references to complete pre-employment background investigation components. You will utilize your communication skills via phone, email, and fax to receive information required by our investigations department. All information requested and received is documented and inputted into our proprietary database following company policies and procedures. This role requires the ability to obtain information in an efficient and professional manner.
