Heidi Raffanello, Director of Government Services for Creative Services Inc. (CSI) was selected as an advisor to the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) Advisory Task Force on September 9, 2011. The task force is composed of nuclear licensees and certified contractors who partner in developing industry standards and best practices in parallel with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
Heidi will bring a wealth of security knowledge and process expertise to the NEI Advisory Task Force. During her 21-year tenure with the DEA, Heidi served as the Deputy Chief Inspector of Security Programs, program managing Personnel Security, Physical Security and Information Security for DEA worldwide. Heidi currently leads CSI Government Services and provides personnel and access security consulting. She just returned from Washington D.C. where she gave a presentation on Identity Authentication technology solutions to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Janet Thiel, Director of Nuclear Screening for CSI, previously served as a key member of the NEI Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization Task Force which was instrumental in developing the current NEI 03-01 standards.
