Professional Summary
Alex joined CSI in January 2012 as a Corporate Investigator where she has since held positions of increasing responsibility. Alex returned to CSI in January 2020 as a Program Manager, overseeing the Cannabis Division. She was promoted in October 2024 to Director of Relationship Management for the Cannabis Division. Alex is known for her ability to deliver high quality customer service and strives on building and maintaining client relationships, as well as a team of support.
Alex earned an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from the Community College of Rhode Island, and both a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice and Masters of Science in Administration of Justice with a Concentration in Homeland Security from Salve Regina University.
In her time off, Alex tends to her children, chickens, garden and farmstand. She enjoys coaching her children in soccer and baseball, crafting, traveling, camping, and time at the beach.
